Hostly Subscription Policy

1. Overview

By subscribing to Hostly’s services, you agree to these Subscription Terms. Hostly provides fully customized, AI-powered call handling solutions across industries. Each subscription covers the ongoing delivery, hosting, and operational management of your tailored AI call workflow.


2. Subscription Model

Hostly no longer offers fixed tiers or pre-defined plans. Every subscription is individually priced based on your business needs, expected call volume, and technical requirements as determined during onboarding.

Your subscription covers AI call management, workflow maintenance, system monitoring, and support for the specific solution deployed for your business.


3. Billing and Payments

All subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your first monthly charge begins after your system goes live, following completion of setup and testing.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Hostly to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees.

All fees are quoted and billed in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.


4. Setup Fee

Each deployment includes a one-time setup fee. This covers discovery, script development, infrastructure buildout, integration work, and initial testing. The setup fee will be agreed and invoiced before launch.


5. Usage and Service Scope

Your subscription reflects the service scope defined during onboarding. Hostly reserves the right to recommend a subscription adjustment if your usage consistently exceeds the agreed parameters. Any such changes will be discussed and approved with you before implementation.


6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription with 30 days’ written notice. Service will remain active through the end of your final billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your AI system and related infrastructure will be deactivated.


7. Fair Use and Service Integrity

Hostly services are intended for normal, operational use within your business scope. Excessive testing, spam traffic, or non-standard usage patterns may result in service review, required subscription adjustments, or temporary suspension.


8. Support

All subscriptions include ongoing system support and monitoring. Issue response times and service levels are scaled to your individual deployment size and complexity. Major workflow changes, rebuilds, or new feature requests may incur additional fees, quoted in advance.


9. Service Availability

Hostly aims to provide uninterrupted AI call handling 24/7. Service availability may be affected by scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or external factors beyond our control. Any planned interruptions will be communicated in advance.


10. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of all customer data captured through your AI call workflow. Hostly uses this data solely for service delivery and performance improvement, in line with our Privacy Policy.


11. Termination of Service

Hostly reserves the right to suspend or terminate service in cases of payment failure, violation of these Terms, or system misuse.


12. Limitation of Liability

Hostly’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding any claim. Hostly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.


13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to you in advance. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance.


14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
