Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of Hostly, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access is granted. Clients receive full functionality and immediate access to our product upon purchase.

However, in exceptional cases where technical issues prevent usage despite reasonable support and investigation, partial refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion. To be considered, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and include supporting details.
